This service includes a complete ADU landscape compliance package:

• Irrigation plan (point of connection, valves, heads, controller, layout, hydraulics)
• Planting plan with species, sizes, and quantities
• Required tree compliance
• Climate Action Plan (CAP) shading diagram with compliance table
• Street tree compliance using City-approved species
• City-accepted planting details
• Brush management integration, when required
• Stamped, permit-ready PDF files

How it works:

1. Upload your ADU plans at checkout
2. Select the appropriate lot size
3. Complete payment
4. Receive stamped landscape sheets through your client dashboard

Lot size selection is based on site complexity, grading, tree count, and regulatory constraints. If you are unsure which option applies, select Standard — we will notify you if an upgrade is required.
